Orders & Payment via EPS

When you place an order, you offer to buy the selected products at the stated prices. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders. Payment is processed through EPS (Easy Payment System). By completing payment, you agree to EPS’s terms and conditions as applicable to the transaction. You must pay using a valid payment method; we do not store your full card details. Orders are confirmed only after we receive successful payment confirmation from EPS. Currency (e.g. USD) and any fees will be as displayed at checkout.

Payment Failures & Disputes

If payment fails or is declined by EPS or your bank, your order will not be completed and you will not be charged. If you believe you were charged in error or there is a duplicate charge, contact us with your order number and transaction details. We will work with EPS and you to resolve the matter in accordance with applicable payment rules and our Returns policy.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are subject to our Returns policy. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method via EPS/bank processing. We do not control the exact timing of credit. Cancellation of an order after payment may be subject to our Returns and refund rules.

Products & Pricing

We strive to display accurate product and pricing information. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices or availability. If an error affects your order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel and refund as appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exclusive Gadget and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services, including but not limited to issues arising from payment processing by EPS, bank delays, or third-party services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
