What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through EPS (Easy Payment System). You can pay using cards and other methods supported by EPS at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
How can I track my order?
After placing an order, you will receive an order number. Use our Track Order option (in the header or footer) and enter your order number and email to see the current status and payment status.
What if my payment fails on EPS?
If a payment fails, your order will be saved with a "Payment Failed" status. You can place a new order or try again. Ensure your card or payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. For EPS-related issues, you may contact EPS support or our customer service.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by location. We aim to dispatch within 2–3 business days. You will see estimated delivery details at checkout and in your order confirmation.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Please see our Returns page for eligibility, time limits, and the return process. Refunds for paid orders are processed as per our Returns policy and may be credited via the original payment method (through EPS where applicable).
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We do not store your full card details. Payments are handled by EPS (Easy Payment System), which is a secure, compliant payment gateway. Your data is protected in line with our Privacy Policy.
