How we ship your orders and what to expect.
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 business days after your order is confirmed and payment is successful (via EPS). Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. You will see an estimated delivery window at checkout.
Shipping Methods
We offer standard and expedited shipping where available. Free shipping may apply on orders over a certain amount. Exact options and costs are shown at checkout before you complete payment through EPS.
Order Processing & Payment
Your order is processed only after we receive successful payment confirmation from our payment provider (EPS – Easy Payment System). Once payment is confirmed, we prepare and ship your order. You can track status using your order number and email on our Track Order page.
Tracking
After dispatch, we may send tracking details to your email. You can also use the Track Order feature on our site with your order number and email to see the latest status.
